ENTRIES FOR THE DV-2009 DIVERSITY VISA LOTTERY MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY BETWEEN WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2007 ( 4.00 PM GMT ) AND SUNDAY, DECEMBER 02, 2007 ( 5.00 PM GMT ).

APPLICANTS MAY ACCESS THE ELECTRONIC DIVERSITY VISA ENTRY FORM AT ‘ WWW.DVLOTTERY.STATE.GOV  ’ DURING THE 60 DAY REGISTRATION PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 3, 2007.  PAPER ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
